Introducing the Enhanced Esso App

1. Download the Esso app
2. Link your existing Esso Smiles Card or register for a new Esso Smiles digital card
3. Key in all your contact details such as your phone number and email address. Start enjoying the benefits of your Smiles digital card

1. Fuel up your vehicle and select the "Pay Indoor" option* when self-servicing.

   *If paying outdoor, Smiles points can only be earned with the use of a physical Smiles card.

2. Tap on "My ID" in the Esso app
3. The app will display your Smiles digital card with a unique QR code
4. Show the QR code to the cashier
5. Return to "Home" after the cashier scans your QR code, to see your Smiles points balance.

1. Tap on "My ID" in the Esso app
2. Once your unique QR code has been generated, tap on "Please select" under "Available rewards".
3. 2 ways to select rewards:
   1. Tap on an evoucher you already have from "Rewards".
   2. Tap on an available discount offer from "Offers at Esso".
4. Once you’ve made your choice, tap on "Select Coupon".
5. The chosen discount is now applied to your unique QR code.
6. Proceed to the cashier at the Esso station and let the cashier scan your QR code to apply the discount to your transaction and enjoy your discounted fuel purchase.

1. Browse Esso or partner offers and select a reward in the app. You may filter or sort the rewards and deals using the toggle buttons.
2. Set your desired quantity and tap "Redeem".
3. Tap "Redeem & Use Now" to get the phone’s camera ready to scan the Esso cashier’s QR code. "Redeem & Use Later" will add the reward to "My rewards".
4. Scan the static QR code at the Esso cashier.
5. If valid, a confirmation code will show in your Esso app, which the cashier will check against their tablet.

1. Tap on the icon by your name on the top left.
2. Tap on "Account Information".
3. Update your mobile number.
4. Check option to receive offers and notifications on promos.
5. Go back to the accounts settings page, and tap the "settings" button.
6. Tap to turn on app push notifications.

The promotion is open to all Esso Smiles members whose membership is registered in Singapore. To qualify for the promotion and receive the eVouchers (“Login Reward”), Esso Smiles members must download the Esso app (“App”) and successfully login for the first time (“First-time Login Member”) during the Promotion Period.

The promotion is from 1 January 2024 until further notice.

If you qualify for the promotion, you will receive three (3) $5 off $50 Synergy fuel eVouchers and one (1) $5 off $40 Synergy Supreme+ eVoucher credited to your account which can be found under “My Rewards”.

Upon download of the Esso app and successful first-time login on the Esso app during the Promotion Period, the Login Reward will be credited to your Esso Smiles account via the Esso app immediately. Such Login Reward can be found under “My Rewards” in the app.

Yes. The Login Reward can be used at once within the validity period stated on the relevant eVoucher.

No. Each Esso Smiles member will only be awarded with one (1) time Login Reward regardless of the number times he/she logs in to the App. The Login Reward is credited to a qualified member only.

Yes. In the App, under “Rewards”, you will see a list of available “Offers at partner stores”. You can use your Esso Smiles points to redeem rewards for other offers such as Grab, Klook and Zalora.

If you have downloaded the App, you can register your personal particulars by clicking on “Register” in the App to fill up the account registration online form. Upon successful registration, you will be able to login and use the App.
