Aster aims to be a good neighbor and contribute to sustainable development by having a health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) performance that earns the confidence of customers, shareholders and society at large.
Hauliers and customers play a critical part in delivering outstanding HSSE performance concerning the movement of our products. To play their part, they need to understand our requirements.
Aster has adopted an industry best practice guideline as the standard to ensure safe loading and unloading. This standard describes how unsafe situations during loading and unloading can be prevented by effective cooperation between (un)loading operators and drivers. This standard is an integral part of Aster’s service and delivery standards for customers.
The document “General Requirements for Road Transport Carriers” below states the requirements that need to be fulfilled when transporting products purchased from Aster, or where a seller drops off at our site the product that we buy or when working on our behalf.
It is important to adhere to both the General and Site-Specific Requirements. If there is a conflict between the General and Site-Specific Requirements, the Site-Specific Requirements will take precedence.
It is the responsibility of users of these documents to regularly check the validity of the documents in their possession and download the latest and only valid version.
